TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Please read this document carefully. It contains the Terms of access to the application app.agrojob.gr and its use. If you do not accept the Terms set forth in this document, you may not register and use the application.
In relation to the services provided, app.agrojob.gr processes the data of the member-users "I am a land worker", "I am a farmer", "Service Agent", "Service Provider" and "Media Sponsor" according to the Privacy Policy which you can read here and the Cookies Policy read here. The Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are an integral part of the Terms of this document.
1. Registration of Users and Users - Members
INFO-PLAN S.A ("APP.AGROJOB.GR") with headquarters: Ant. Migga 18, Naoussa, Imathia, PC 59200 from the application app.agrojob.gr provides to:
- Jobseekers have the ability to register as users - members "I am a land worker: I am interested in finding a job" to receive free Services. The free "Services" concern the registration of the available working days for the information of farmers who are interested in finding staff.
- Individuals submit online the available and requested working days, send digital personal data, contact and work details and publish their interest for work in the application app.agrojob.gr.
- The above mentioned persons, under their own and exclusive responsibility, communicate and choose the “Farmers” with whom to cooperate for the work declared in app.agrojob.gr.
- Farmers, stockbreeders, fishermen, beekeepers, agricultural enterprises, cooperatives, producer groups interested in finding staff the opportunity to register as users - members "I am a farmer: I am interested in finding staff" to receive "Services" for a fee. Remunerated "Services" concern the registration of staff demand for work on specific days and its automatic updating of available land workers.
- Natural or legal persons, through their representatives, submit online the available and offered working days, send digital personal, contact and work details and publish their interest in finding staff in the application www.app.agrojob.gr. The application automatically informs them who, from which area, for when and for what jobs workers are available, with their contact details, email address or mobile phone number.
- The above-mentioned persons under their own and exclusive responsibility communicate and choose the "Land Workers" with whom they will cooperate for the work declared in the app.agrojob.gr application.
- Natural and legal persons acting on behalf of farmers who are interested in finding staff, are registered as users - members of "Service Agent".
- Natural or legal persons obtain an account with limited access to the application app.agrojob.gr and to the section "I am a farmer: I am interested in finding staff", in order to serve the users of paragraph 1.1.
- The user "I am a farmer: I am interested in finding staff" communicates at his own risk to the "Service Agent" the password of the application, to act on his behalf during the procedure of paragraph 1.2.1 and in accordance with these Terms, the Protection Policy Personal Data and Cookies, in order to process and receive the relevant for which he has paid the "Service" of "APP.AGROJOB.GR". Otherwise, the provisions of paragraph 1.2.2 apply.
- Municipal Community Centers, Municipalities, NGOs that act on behalf of either land workers who are interested in work or farmers who are interested in finding staff are registered as users - members of "Service Provider".
- The above legal entities obtain a limited access account in the application app.agrojob.gr and in the sections "I am a land worker: I am interested in finding a job" and "I am a farmer: I am interested in finding staff", in order to serve the users of paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2.
- The user "I am a land worker: I am interested in finding a job" discloses at its own risk to the "Service Provider" the password of the application, to act on its behalf during the procedure of paragraph 1.1.1 and in accordance with the Terms of Use, the Policy Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, in order to process and receive free of charge the relevant "Service" of "APP.AGROJOB.GR". Otherwise, the provisions of paragraph 1.1.2 apply.
- The user "I am a farmer: I am interested in finding staff" discloses at his own risk to the "Service Provider" the password of the application, to act on his behalf in the procedure of paragraph 1.2.1 and in accordance with the Terms of Use of this document the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, in order to process and receive the relevant for which the "Service" of "APP.AGROJOB.GR" has paid the fee. Otherwise, the provisions of paragraphs 1.2.2 apply.
- Businesses of natural and legal persons that subsidize the cost of communication between "Farmers" and "Land Workers" and vice versa, are registered manually by "APP.AGROJOB.GR" as users "Media Sponsor".
2. Obligations of Users - Members
Under these Terms, the "user - member":
2.1. "I am a Land Worker: I am interested in finding a job" for registration and obtaining an individual account, fills in the check-in boxes in the relevant forms of the application app.agrojob.gr, states that he became aware of what is mentioned in this document, in Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy and that it does not process personal data of "Farmers" for purposes different and incompatible from its registration in the application app.agrojob.gr.
2.1.1. The services can be used only after registering and activating the access account.
2.1.2. Registration for an account is made by a competent and adult person who declares that he / she is an adult and that he / she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.
When registering, you declare that the above conditions are met and your information is accurate for your identification and tracking, if and when required.
2.1.3. You must declare and maintain accurate and complete data at the time of registration and the period of validity of the registration, to take and use the “Services” of the app.agrojob.gr application. In case of inaccuracies in the data, you are obliged to remove them immediately and you are not entitled to use the "Services" until their elimination-deletion, otherwise the "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to temporarily halt and permanently delete the account.
2.1.4. In addition to the complete registration details, "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to request additional information electronically or in writing by hand with signature digitally or not, for the further identification of users - members when activating the account or at any later time, when doubts arise as to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
2.1.5. As a Member, you are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You are obliged to immediately notify "APP.AGROJOB.GR" in case of unauthorized access or the possibility of unauthorized access.
2.2. "I am a Farmer: I am interested in finding staff" for registration and obtaining an individual account, fills in the check-in boxes in the relevant forms of the application www.app.agrojob.gr, states that he became aware of what is mentioned in this document, in Personal Data Protection Policy and in the Cookies Policy and that it does not process personal data of "Land Workers" for purposes different and incompatible from its registration in the application app.agrojob.gr.
2.2.1. The services can be used only after registering and activating the access account.
2.2.2. Registration for an account is made by a competent and adult person who declares that he / she is an adult and that he / she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.

In case of inaccuracies in the data, you are obliged to remove them immediately and you are not entitled to use the "Services" until their elimination-deletion, otherwise "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to temporary cessation and permanent deletion of the bill.
2.2.4. In addition to the complete registration details, "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to request additional information electronically or in writing by hand with signature digitally or not, for the further identification of users - members when activating the account or at any later time, when doubts arise as to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
2.2.5. As a Member, you are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You are obliged to immediately notify "APP.AGROJOB.GR" in case of unauthorized access or the possibility of unauthorized access.
2.3. "Service Agent" for the registration and receipt of an individual account, fills in the check-in boxes in the relevant forms of the application app.agrojob.gr, states that he has been informed of what is mentioned in this document, in the Personal Data Protection Policy and in the Cookies Policy and that it does not process personal data of "Farmers" and "Land Workers" users.
2.3.1. The services can be used only after registering and activating the access account.
2.3.2. Registration for an account is made by a competent and adult person who declares that he / she is an adult and that he / she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Upon registration, you declare that the above conditions are met and your information is accurate for your identification and tracking, if and when required.
2.3.3. You must declare and maintain accurate and complete information during registration and its validity, to download and use the "Services" of the application www.app.agrojob.gr. In case of inaccuracies in the data, you are obliged to remove them immediately and you are not entitled to use the "Services" until their elimination-deletion, otherwise "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to temporary cessation and permanent deletion of the bill.
2.3.4. In addition to the complete registration details, "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to request additional information electronically or in writing by hand with signature digitally or not, for the further identification of users - members when activating the account or at any later time, when doubts arise as to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
2.3.5. As a User - Member you are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You are obliged to immediately notify "APP.AGROJOB.GR" in case of unauthorized access or the possibility of unauthorized access.
2.4. "Service Provider" for the registration and receipt of an individual account, fills in the check-in boxes in the relevant forms of the application app.agrojob.gr, states that it has become aware of what is mentioned in this document, in the Personal Data Protection Policy and in the Cookies Policy and that it does not process personal data of "Land Workers" and "Farmers" users.
2.4.1. The services can be used only after registering and activating the access account.
2.4.2. Registration for an account is made by a competent and adult person who declares that he / she is an adult and that he / she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2.4.5. As a Member, you are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You are obliged to immediately notify "APP.AGROJOB.GR" in case of unauthorized access or the possibility of unauthorized access.
2.5. "Media Sponsor" does not exist in relation to the above case.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1. By clicking on the “Register” button, the user - member makes an electronic declaration with which he signs a contract (“Contract”) with the ‘APP.AGROJOB.GR’ and commits itself under these conditions to abide by it. The information entered in the registration form can be changed by pressing the Fix button.
3.2. By accepting these Terms, you agree to be the recipient of the www.app.agrojob.gr Application Services.
3.3. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the account is activated by ‘APP.AGROJOB.GR’.
4. Publication of information
4.1. You agree to use the application, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the additional terms and guidelines that apply to the various Services published on the pages within the website and the applicable legislation of Greece.
4.2. You are required to publish information and data only with real data.
It goes without saying that for the publication of the above, you are solely responsible and accountable to the law.
4.3. By working with "Service Agents" or "Service Providers", you give them the right to access your account and information, data and data of your own.
4.4. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the provision of its "Services":
(a) for the unjust conduct from the "Land Worker" to the "Farmer" and vice versa (eg the publication of false or misleading information, etc.)
(b) for the execution of activities similar to those carried out through the application app.agrojob.gr.
(c) on suspicion of a breach of these Terms or the law.
(d) to distribute or market the content of the Website to third parties.
4.5. In order to ensure the reliability and security of the service, "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to request the assistance of the competent authorities for serious violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Content Usage
5.1. Application app.agrojob.gr and its contents are owned by “APP.AGROJOB.GR” or its partners, suppliers and customers. You may not, in any way, make any other use of the application, including, but not limited to, copying, modification, distribution and marketing of its content to third parties, particularly for purposes other than or incompatible with the use of the “Services” and the intended use of the application without the express prior written consent of “APP.AGROJOB.GR” or the interested third parties.
5.2. Both your personal information and your contact information can only be used for the specific purpose of your registration. You agree not to use these contacts on any other occasion, including, but not limited to, marketing and promotion purposes.
5.3. You undertake the obligation and the responsibility not to interfere in the normal operation of the technical applications "APP.AGROJOB.GR" or the software applications and the computer systems or the users of the website through illegal or dishonest actions.
6. Processing of personal data
Issues related to the processing of personal data in relation to the provision of the Services are governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
7. Financial conditions
The "Services" provided for the "Land Workers" are free, and for the "Farmers" for a fee. The price of "Services" is listed in the price list, includes VAT 24% read here. The payment of the amount is made by bank deposit in a bank cooperating with the company. With the certification of the payment, a legal tax document is issued and received by the "Farmer" while at the same time the provided "Service" is activated.
7.1 Withdrawal
Farmers and Businesses that have purchased services / subscriptions to app.agrojob.gr, have the option of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase and payment of each service, without justification. You can submit your withdrawal request electronically via the contact form or in writing by mail to our contact details. The amount you have paid for the purchase of the service / subscription, will be returned in full within 14 days in any way deemed most appropriate by app.agrojob.gr, after consultation, and you will be sent a credit document (invoice or receipt) with the corresponding value of the withdrawal service.
8. Liability and termination
8.1. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" can block your account for:
(a) suspected violation of the law, these Terms or any other terms and conditions provided on the site;
(b) at your request.
8.2. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" may terminate this Agreement and your account:
(a) for a long period of non-use of the account for more than three (3) years.
(b) with reasonable notice in case of operation of the application www.app.agrojob.gr.
(c) in other cases, provided for in the Terms or the Law.
8.3. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" must by announcement on the website www.agrojob.gr or by email to inform its users - members about any program planned by it and by third parties, if notified in time, the operation of the website.
8.4. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" is not responsible for losses and lost profits from you or from third parties as a result of the execution of the orders of the competent state authorities.
8.5. In no case "APP.AGROJOB.GR" is responsible for losses or lost profits that arise:
(a) as a result of the use or inability to use the website or the Services
(b) by restricting, terminating or blocking your account and / or your content in accordance with these Terms.
8.6. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" in any case does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the website, especially from accidental events, natural disasters, construction of technical works, causes due to telecommunications providers and is not responsible for damage and lost profits from you or third parties as a result.
9. Changes to the Terms and Services
9.1. The services of "APP.AGROJOB.GR" are diverse and are constantly being developed, supplemented and adapted in the context of legislative changes. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" reserves the right to add new services, modify or replace existing services, change the design and visual image without any notice required.
9.2. When we make changes to the Terms, "APP.AGROJOB.GR" informs you about these changes, posting a relevant announcement in a prominent place on your website or account. Changes to the Terms will not affect the provision of services requested and paid prior to the change.
9.3. If you use the Services after the changes to the Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them and they become binding on you.
9.4. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we reserve the right to transfer the rights and obligations arising from these Terms and you will be notified in advance.
10. Other terms
10.1. "APP.AGROJOB.GR" for the communication by SMS or email of the "Farmers" with the "Land Workers" and vice versa, in the process of searching and finding workers and farmers respectively and the conclusion of their formal cooperation agreement may use media sponsors, with a relevant reference, the sponsor's logo and name in the SMS or emails.
10.2. This Agreement applies to the storage applications of "APP.AGROJOB.GR".
10.3. These General Terms regulate the relationship between the parties, replacing all previous General and Special Terms. Additional agreements can be made only through the provided functionality of the application or with the signature by both parties of an explicit written agreement provided by "APP.AGROJOB.GR".
10.4. In the event that any of the provisions of these Terms is invalid, this will not lead to the invalidity of the contracts or other clauses.
10.5. The contract is concluded in the Greek language. Disputes under these Terms will be settled by the competent Greek court in Veria.
10.6. Greek legislation applies to disputes that may arise.
